Alc.-9.8%, RS-20g/L (2%), pH-3.0, Acidity: 8.5g/l The balance that results from the confluence of these four factors is classic Kabinett Riesling: aromatic, crisp, refreshing and delicate. The flavor is all Columbia Valley: Mouthwatering acidity frames a irresistible palate of lemon-lime, melon and honey laced with mineral and fennel notes that persist through a lengthy, smile-inducing finish
