2008 ROSE

Pale pink, crisp, delicate and very refreshing this is a rose of Cabernet Franc in the classic Loire Valley mold. The alcohol is moderate (13%), the fruit is subtle but flavorful and the acidity is bracing. Match O·S Rose with all sorts of summer fare: chicken salad, ham, shellfish and salmon.
