9.5% alc.! 3.0 pH! 9 grams/L acidity! 30 yr. old vines! The above factors come together in a mouthwatering and irresistible expression of Owen's love for Riesling. White flowers, petrol and slate on the nose. Green apple, citrus and line wrapped in mineral edged acidity. This is a wine that is intense and subtle at the same time, and is incredibly refreshing. It brings out the best in any shellfish from oysters to lobster, and pork dishes, not to mention sushi.
