2007 Klipsun S
Delicacy and finesse are the essence of this nuanced and flavorful Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon blend; the complex aromatics feature honeysuckle, melon and mineral notes. The flavors of Crenshaw melon, lemon-lime and slate are carried on a luscious, crisp texture through a long, ethereal finish. The balance of the wine is REMARKABLE. Given good storage conditions this 3.15pH wine, which spent 12 months in neutral barrels, will be divine through 2028!
