2007 RIESLING

The '07 Riesling is a multi-faceted beauty that has sparkled from the start. It has secret charms that are revealed in a seductive bouquet of spring flowers & wet stone matched with a crisp delicate mouthfeel. A burst of nectarine, lime & lemon custard flavors are wrapped in mouthwatering acidity. How could it be so good? The key is 9.8% alcohol, 2.98 Ph and fruit from 28 year old vines.

ORIGIN OF GRAPE
These grapes comes from the Champoux Vineyards, located 5 miles above the Columbia River atop the "Horse Heaven Hills" AVA, is one of Washington States premiere vineyards and grows some of the oldest and most sought after Cabernet Sauvignon grapes planted in 1972.
