2007 CABERNET FRANC
Dark aromas of blackberry and crushed rose petal precede a beautifully textured mouth feel with dense, dark fruit balanced by savory acidity and rich chewy tannins. There are classic Champoux Cab Franc flavors of black cherry and espresso that combine with the soft, enveloping tannins for an especially long and pleasing finish.
