The 2006 Klipsun S is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon from Washington's best site for these varietals. It was fermented in new French oak for 26 days and aged in stainless steel and neutral French oak, producing a complex white wine with a distinct freshness and purity of fruit. Aromas of pear, citrus and melon lead to a crisp clean palette with a hint of tropical fruit and refreshing acidity that adds tremendous balance.
