This wine has tremendous structure, depth, complexity, finesse and nuance. The bouquet evolves for hours with deep, rich blackberry, anis, and chocolate aromas, followed by hints of smoked meat, graphite and leather. The flavors and texture develop dramatically as the wine opens up showing a silky, lush side, a muscular side, with rich fruit, great mouth-feel and length.
