Rob Sullivan is a retired Seattle-area banker with an entrepreneurial spirit and a wine-loving heart. He steers the development and operations of the winery. Rob and Owen joined forces in 1997 and O·S Winery was born.

I am coordinator and creator of the Dearly Fermented Wine Club and proud mother of the "official" reason we call it BSH. Only an infant in wine knowledge when O·S was born, I am now the person who asks for the real wine glasses at restaurants and understands the difference between a chocolate bar and chocolate notes in wine - I have come a long way! Victoria had no idea what she was getting into when she applied for the job as "do everything but make the wine." Dealing with all the different state's laws and alcohol regulations is almost as much fun as all the different personalities at O·S. She has survived 10 years and counting and there is always something new happening.
